Asked to fix a popped tube, swap tire if they need to. Cost wasn't the problem if it fixed the issue.

Swapped tube and it immediately burst the next day. Came back and instead of trying to work with me to find a fair balance, refuse to remove labour charge for the new repair. Wasn't asking for free just a fair resolution for the missed shard of glass the first time.

Penny Pinchers and bad excuse for customer experience. Going down the hill to their competitor. Recommend you of the same

I've been going here for years since I moved to Victoria full-time. The staff are fantastic; I often interact with Justin and he's been wonderful to deal with. The only downside is they aren't open early (so I could drop by bike off before work); however, they're offering this service in March 2017, so kudos to them to listening to their customer base. Thanks guys!!

Have bought at least 5 bikes from Wayne and Pam. Just very good, reliable, no BS and honest service. Awesome staff including Justin and Dan. Will keep going back to them for anything bike related.

I was so impressed with the excellent service and sales staff who sold me an awesome bike. I also went back to get a flat fixed and the mechanic showed me how to fix it my self if I am on the road. They are a very reputable store that stands by their products and after sales service. Keep up the good work folks. Keep up the good service.
