  I heard a lot of bad stories about transporting cars. I was a little worry about shipping my car but the family convinced me to shipp it instead of driving it to Edmonton. The company was honest they provided me with estimate time between 5 to 10 days. Gave me the option of when i can drop off my car. They delivered the car to its destination in 7 days. Well within the estimated time. Clearly they communicated their commitment and it was up to me when to drop off the car based on when do i need it to arrive.
  
  Sean, Kameron and the driver Peter they were all professionals. Answered all my questions before and during the process. They were pleasant and approachable.
  
  Well job done. Keep up the good work and I do not hesitate to recommend them.

  I would like to warn everyone from this company. this company is not organized at all. no management system.
  they say lies. there is no tracking to my car. My car was missed in the yard for 2 week. no body answer the phone. people are very aggressive. the car was delayed by more than 2 weeks with no clear answer.
  answer machine was used all the time.

  Used them many times to ship vehicles. Service is fast 90 percent of the time and the odd time it's slow. Rates are acceptable. Place is always packed with vehicles. Love the service. In the transport indudustry they are considered good. Never had damage to any of our vehicles. Personal service and attention from this company comparing to others.

  Please take caution using this company.
  We first received a written quote that in the end the company would not honor (told us the price was wrong) Ended up taking 2 weeks to argue back and forth about a price and in the mean time we had our car already delivered to their shipping terminal so we were stuck having to negotiate a price. Which was double the initially quoted price.
  When our brand new vehicle was finally transported to us, it arrived off the lower middle of the truck (belly of the trailer) and it was covered in sand and small rocks.. The front of the car had rocks in the grill, the windshield by the wiper blades was full of sand and rocks. Obviously their trailers are not equipped with rock guards or anything to prevent gravel and sand from "flying" up towards the cars on the bottom of the trailer. Needless to say we are not happy with this company at all and we have attempted to contact them about the damages. We sent pictures of the car with the rocks and sand and we have had no reply after a week, and no offer to compensate for the damages. This company SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Just wanted to warn anyone considering utilizing this company to transport their vehicle. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with them myself. Take a look at the screenshots I've posted - it is obvious to me that this "mikeswanson" is an identity/account created by somebody associated with Performance Carrier. It wouldn't surprise me if all the positive reviews on the net are made up by individuals affiliated with Performance Auto (or clients that were given incentives to provide positive reviews). Don't be duped by the fake reviews - this is the new marketing strategy by these companies to attract more clients.
  
  If the pictures I've posted (showing this individual mike swanson posting 1 comment/review on all of these different platforms and providing Performance Auto with 5/5 stars everywhere isn't proof enough, I don't know what is

  If your looking for a company for shipping your vehicle, look elsewhere. This is 1 of the worst companies I have dealt with. We got the run around for days waiting for our vehicle to arrive in Calgary (from Brampton). After numerous phone calls, there was no accountability and everyone seemed to shift the blame onto another person/department. Finally, when we did get our car several days later than we were told to expect it, we noticed some scratches that did not exist prior to handing our vehicle over to performance auto. We were asked to sign a document (when receiving the vehicle) that explicitly stated that we need to inform Performance Carrier of any noticeable damage immediately. I phoned the number provided on the document before signing the document bc I had a feeling from my experience dealing with them over the days leading up to when we finally got our vehicle, that once we sign, the company would refuse to accept any accountability for any damage to the vehicle. This was around 6 pm Calgary time (when we received our vehicle). I presume the number provided on the document was a personal cell phone number - just goes to show how unprofessional this company is. Some guy answered and instead of walking me through the process after our negative experience and damage we noticed to our car, started yelling and swearing at me over the phone for phoning him at that time. If these guys can only be bothered to pick up the phone for the number they provide on their documents during certain hours, at least make the effort to specify the hours on your documents.
  
  Most likely these guys are either writing reviews for their own company or have friends/family leaving positive reviews - I cannot imagine anybody having a positive experience with this unprofessional company. Just look at their BBB rating

  I usually don't write reviews but after having such an amazing experience I thought I must let others know about it. Colleen provided the best customer service. She is calm and listen to you and make arrangements accordingly.
  
  I heard so many bad stories from my friends about moving cars from one place to another. So I was very skeptical shipping my car out of provinve but luckily I got my car from Saskatchewan to Ontario in JUST 2 Days without a single scratch and with very competitive price. She also told me to put 250 lbs of stuff in the car which I didn't but that was the only company who offered me that.
  
  Based on my experience I would highly recommend their services. Thanks Colleen and Performance auto carrier.

  We humans have a tendency to badmouth and spread negativity all too easily when we have a bad experience. But rarely do we come out and say something good when we have a positive experience, as more often than not, we feel we are entitled to it. I will share my positive experience with Performance Auto Carrier here, in the hope that in some little way, I can dispel any negativity about this fine company. No one is in the business of giving bad service. And negative experiences always have two sides to them. But positives always trump the negative in the end.
  
  I recently used the services of Performance Auto Carrier to ship my beloved car from Welland, ON to Calgary AB. I dealt with the company through a broker named Auto Transport Canada, who quoted me a very attractive rate that included not only damage insurance but also glass protection.
  
  To follow up, I was also in touch with Performance Auto Carrier directly, whose owner Sean I found to be one of the most honest, trustworthy and reliable professionals I have dealt with. This industry is riddled with scammers and dishonest people with no sense of commitment. However, my experience with Performance Auto Carrier was nothing short of amazing. My car was picked up on the day I was promised, and Sean went the extra mile to arrange a special flatbed to come all the way from Brampton, ON to Welland, ON and pick up my car. The driver was awesome. And then the icing on the cake was that the car arrived one full day before Sean had said it would. I was in Welland when the car was picked up, and three days later, I was in Calgary, receiving my car. It arrived safe, undamaged, and as I had expected it to be - fully intact. The stuff I had put in it (250 lbs extra allowed inside the car) was all there. Nothing was missing, no issues whatsoever. The delivery driver was in contact with me over the phone from his drive all the way from Winnipeg to Calgary. I highly recommend Performance Auto Carrier to anyone who wishes to have her/his car safely and promptly delivered across the country.
