I am giving Dr. Watts' and his team the 5 star rating because I honestly don't know what I would have done without this clinic in my life the past 3 months. I brought my dog Rosie in for what I thought was worsening arthritis. In the interest of being thorough, Dr. Watts discovered a huge tumor in her abdomin, which the previous clinic had failed to detect. Dr. Watts and staff went above and beyond to help me give Rosie the best end of life care I possibly could. Dr. Watts is brilliantly scientific in his approach, plus he has a huge heart for animals. The perfect combination in a veterinarian. Staff are lovely too. Don't hesitate to take your pet here.

Not a big deal for most dog owners, but this clinic is GREYHOUND FRIENDLY!! Greyhounds have different needs than most breeds, and finding a safe place to bring your grey, where the vet and the rest of the staff understand your dog, is, well greyt!

After living all over Ontario,owni get three cats and the recent death of my beloved whiskie I have been to several veterinary clinics. I have been to at least one in every city I have lived in ( and there's been a lot!) and hated each one. Until I came here. They had a genuine concern for my fur baby and my wallet! As a young single mom I am always caught between helping my fur baby and what I can afford. They did everything they could do both help my cat and not charge a fortune like most vets do. I find there is a lack of genuine care for animals among the vets I've been to and they all seem to want to charge thousands. Just to help and at the end I know nothing!! Not the case here!!!

I never write reviews but my experience with the Highland Creek Animal Clinic has been so wonderful that I felt the need to share! I am a first time dog owner and wanted a veterinarian who took amazing care of my puppy as well as made me feel comfortable as I embarked on a new journey. Dr. Watts has exceeded all of my expectations and Penny absolutely loves going to the clinic!! The overall professionalism, knowledge and patience (to answer my 43543 questions) of Dr. Watts and the clinic staff has been outstanding. I would highly recommend using the services of the Highland Creek Animal Clinic if you want a veterinarian and staff who treat your pet as their own and are truly passionate about what they do.

I visited this clinic twice. I time with my cat and the other time with my dog. Doctor and staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Both of my animals do not like visits to the vet but both of them were calm during the visit. This doctor will not be doing unnecessary treatments and charge you unnecessary fees. I highly recommend this clinic especially if you leave in this area.

We've been taking our German Shepherd to Dr Watts since she was a puppy, and she has always received the utmost care and attention there. Lena loves the clinic and the staff to the point where she pulls us over whenever we're close by. Every time we go in, Dr.Watts takes the time to thoroughly examine her while explaining what he is doing as well as why, and all the possible options to move forward. Not to mention he calls to check up on our pet and encourages us to express our questions and concerns. Dr.Watts truly cares about Lena - his knowledge and excellent service will keep us coming back!
