I was extremely disappointed with the fact that Festival Tent & Party Rentals failed to inform me about the additional $50 up/down stairs fee until 5 minutes before the truck arrived for drop-off.
It put me in an uncomfortable position and I had to quickly make some phone calls to okay this extra charge.

Rented from them last year. Manager was extremely rude. Came to our house to deliver an electrical extension cord and slammed it on the grass in anger while yelling at my husband saying he didn't give a crap for our business and he was "successful" with or without business from us. Can't believe the owner/manager of a business would talk like this.
