The apartment is very spacious. John is great and very responsive if you need anything. They are older buildings so they are not perfect but I've definitely seen a lot worse in Edmonton. For the price this place is absolutely perfect for me

Hello !

Me and my wife are presently applying for a 3 bedroom apartment and so far ,we really do appreciate how the staffs being very welcoming and helpful. For what we have seen so far ,the present management is taking good care of the place.
Hopefully we will move in very soon .

Why are most of the hallways so bad? Sunken in flooring, holes in the wall, everything. Came to see some friends who lived here a few years ago and it was awful. They moved eventually because of the roaches. It's got an exterior face lift but good grief the inside is horrendous. The suites are nice and spacious but the hallways are wicked awful. It's a structural issue honestly.

We have had several issues with past management, but there has been a new community director for a while and have noticed not only a change in our complex as well as corporately. Things still aren't 100%, but positive changes are being made and I'm not as completely unhappy as I was 6 months ago. Thing are definitely looking up.
Also, affordable rent. Some units are really quite nice.
