  Its been a great place to live as far as apartment building go. Residents are quiet and respectful. Management is on top of everything and is always working and upgrading things.
  Managers, Darleen and Reg and their assistant are hard working, great and very helpful.
  Real Star management is doing an excellent job as the property management group. They have a easy online portal to manage payments, maintenance, etc.
  Were glad we chose Avalon over others and plan on staying!

  We have been living here for six months now. The building and lot are very well maintained and clean. Everyone in the building seems nice and respectable. We have had a few maintenance issues, nothing serious. They were taken care of promptly.
  Its not a super quiet building, but very few apartment building are.
  Management, Darleen and Reg (at the time of this writing) are great. They were very helpful, understanding and accommodating to our situation.
  Real Star Manages the building and have a great online portal for managing rent payment and methods, maintenance requests, issues, etc.
  Were very happy on our 7th floor perch and plan to stay for a long while to come!!

  I wish I could give the lowest and show them my disappointment from the management !
  Worst worst worst !
  Please please please do not rent with them , we rented when Covid started and we moved from Ontario now we had virtual tour for building . The tour was very professional and nice so I thought I will get the same service . But I was wrong they made my trust into them a nightmare .
  THE ARE FRAUD!
  They showed me renovated brand new apt and said this is the one they are going to rent and they gave us partially renovated when we moved in .
  Upon asking managers we’re not sure what to do so they arranged meeting with area manager . I requested her to lower the rent or give me the same one they showed. She was not ready to accept that they made a mistake and said if you break lease you have to pay till they find tenants .
  Ridiculous experience, never got what I was demonstrated.
  And now when we moved me need our confidential documents from mailbox they are asking me not to call the office and says they are not allowed . Blah blah blah….
  So unprofessional, unkind and disrespectful they are .
  Run away if you can . Management is worst.They don’t have a space for parking.They provide parking after 1 month they will tell you don’t park your car over their it’s under construction and they will not provide another place for parking a car.you have to park your car any way on your own risk when you can find space.They needs only rent and management service was 0% so don’t rent. If you have any problem in your apartment they will come after 10 days to fix problem.So my Humber request to Run away as soon as possible and don’t rent

  The resident Managers, Tammy and Shaun are amazing. The building is always clean and fresh smelling. And they both go out of their way to help. This is by far the best place I have ever lived in. If you are looking for a well managed and clean place to live I would highly suggest living here. They are always doing little extras to brighten up our building. Tammy is very crafty and all of us residents love the extra effort that is put into it.
