  I live here for a month. I recommend for living here if you're looking for the nice apartment in Downtown. I think the most important thing is a person who manage the building(apartment) and the nice resident mangers are here. Maybe I can complain after this comments, but I really like here so far.
  Specially, Darlene and Reg always try to help me when I ask something to fix or just ask something. They remember what I asked before and what unit I live, which means they are very thoughtful.

  If you decide to live here, you will not be disappointed. I lived here for a year and absolutely loved the management team, especially Leanne. She was always on top of things, very professional, made me feel very welcoming throughout my stay. I would 100% recommend living here. And the location is great

  I really enjoyed living at Secord House. My suite was recently renovated when we moved in, and we had a dream kitchen with an island and a unit facing the Muttart pyramids with lots of privacy. It tended to get noisy during the summer months if you were facing 105 Street, but the convenience of living downtown made up for it! It was a joy living in a pet-friendly bulding, which we were transitioning to non-smoking. Any requests for maintenance or concerns were always promptly addressed and I felt very safe and supported there. Leanne, Nancy and Jarvis, as well as Suzanne and Guy previously, have been wonderful resident managers/maintenance staff. During the pandemic, I really missed the amazing events organized by Real Star to promote integration among neighbours and staff. Hope you are able to offer them again really soon when it's safe. Thank you for making our experience at Secord a great one!

  I have lived at Secord House for about 2 years now and have really enjoyed my time here. My unit is very nicely renovated and provides great value. One of the most important feature in any rental is the landlord/management and I have to say that Leanne is amazing! She is great to deal with and responds to any questions or concerns we have. Coming from a previous building that had very poor management (reason we left) - this is a breath of fresh air. Other managers have come and gone during our time here, but I am so glad Leanne has been consistent.
  
  I also enjoy the proximity to the grocery store, coffee shops (there is a new one right across the street that has super yummy food), gas stations, nice areas to walk around (The Leg during any holiday is always fun, especially around Christmas with all the lights), and being able to be downtown without being in noisy or shady areas. I am also able to have my 2 pets in this building, they also love Leanne (Harvey and Herb say hi!)

  I've been living at secord house apartments for a year and it's been my best experience so far renting and Leanne Nancy and Jarvis have been nothing short of amazing. Very accommodating landlords and very nice friendly people. Super clean property:) thanks
