The best building and best managed building I have lived in since I moved to Edmonton! I've lived here for 1 year now and I can say the staff is awesome! Things that break are fixed immediately (within reason). Suites are awesome! Most neighbours are equally awesome! The building is extremely safe! I highly recommend this building to anyone who is looking for comfortable, affordable, safe and secure living conditions!

Dont listen to negativity, most people project their own negative energies from other facets of their own lives and they DONT EVEN LIVE HERE OR HAVE INSIGHT.
This place is clean, animal friendly AND great staff people looking to home a family. go get a house. Apartments are NOT made for famillies. These places are built for singles, couples, business professionals etc.

Great experience in my visit. Mr. Tyler definitely clarifying all the answers. All the staffs are very friendly. Good amenities .

One of the best places I have ever lived. The place is beautiful and you can't possibly get a better location. I get to run the river valley trails just steps away from home and the building is pet friendly!
