It was a below average experience for a spa facility. Service was average and ambiance left quite a bit to be desired. Had hair service which was decent and massage. The massage was way below expectations with way too may hot towels being used throughout the entire massage, the therapist wasted time going back and forth to get hot towels. I also booked a deep tissue massage which was lacking pressure and very poor techniques. Thought I'd give this Spa a try but most likely, I won't be returning.

My first impression was great. The front staff to the ladies doing my services were professional, everything was clean, and service was excellent. Had multiple services and each one was worth it.

I went to Paramount for a pedicure. I paid for an hour but was rushed out of there after 50 minutes. She was 15 minutes late so my appointment was cut short it seems. Pretty disappointed in service.

Absolutely no drying time either (or wasn't offered at least). I've had many pedicures (elsewhere around the city) and I am always offered drying time after the appointment in waiting area.

I did receive a $10 discount after I expressed my discontent. I won't be recommending Paramount.

Nicky at Paramount is the best esthitician in the city. She's professional, highly knowledgable, and passionate about her work. I can't recommend Nicky or Paramount enough. 5/5 every time.

Jill is the only stylist I will take my daughter to see. She is fantastic to say the least. I also, regularly purchase gift certificates for spa services as gifts and always get positive feedback about the experience.

I have been going to Paramount for many many years and would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family. Their product knowledge and expertise is top notch. I have did showers, birthday parties and just girl's day in their group room. They make is a lot of fun. On top of all that they are very friendly and you really feel cared for. :)))

Technician was very friendly and professional however came away with bloody heels bad enough that I have to bandage with Polysporin just to be able to walk normally.
