I love the bright, retro feel of this bowling alley! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the playlist was eclectic and awesome. Drinks are cheap, too. Will definitely be back!

The prior time(s) with horrible service was overlooked because it was walking distance from home, but went back again today. The man at the counter was rude, as usual. Unfriendly, cold and abrupt, didn't even acknowledge us standing right in front of him asking for a lane, but was able to state "shoes off at door" to my 2 year old. That's about the extent of our service. We stood there for about 4 minutes waiting for him to respond since I was right in front of his face speaking with him, but he just continued looking past me and talking to another guy. My husband said "let's just go, we're obviously not good enough for service here". Horribly treated. Went to the alley a few blocks away It was great. Will NEVER go back there again. He thinks he's above people. Not the way to run a business that works directly with people/kids/families. Great opportunity to teach my kids how NOT to treat people.

We went here last evening which was a Sunday of the long weekend. The signs online and at the front said they were open to 11, but the lady said they had been closing at 10pm on Sundays for the past month. While I understand this for regular Sunday's, the entire bowling facility was packed and because they do not take refunds some families were starting their bowling game at 10 minutes to 10 and they lost their money because everything was shut down promptly at 10. I guess these guys are not interested in making money because there was not one lane that was empty. We were definately disappointed.

I started bowling here for the first time in my life. It was a wonderful experience. Now going there whenever i want to enjoy bowling. It's simple, straight no confusion & complaints just a great place to be with friends or family for fun.
