Visited Nirvava before and had a negative experience which I shared. Decided today that I was going to give them another chance. The receptionist took me into the consult room and after a while came back and told me that I had written a negative review that I wasn't pleased with my previous experience so they won't be providing me any service. When I questioned the receptionist, Dr Genisis (who was apparently lurking outside the door listening into the conversation ) barged in and looked quite upset. She stated emphatically that they were sure it was me who posted they review and she wont be proving me any service and that's the end of story. Dr Genisis even followed me out of the room jeering at me and stated that "so you're just gonna keep talking all the time" and "next time put your name on the review". I was quite shocked to have been treated this way by a doctor and supposed "professional". Bottom line is that they do not like negative reviews.If you have had a poor experience and post your review online, you can expect to be retaliated against. While the clinic has good prices, you certainly get what you pay for as in my case. My recommendation is that you pay a little bit more and have your service done at a more reputable clinic in the city that is run by a board certified dermatologist.

Had a great experience at Nirvana! I was very nervous on my first visit as I had never had anything done before but Dr.Genesis was welcoming, informative and professional. Had some lip fillers done and loved the results! Highly recommend!

Dr. Genesis and her team are amazing people. Super friendly and super knowledgeable on the type of treatment I was getting. Would highly recommend her place for fast efficient service.

Should not be offering discounts to customers to write review, very unethical. Had a chemical peel done, the staff member obviously didnt know what he was doing and I was burned resulting severe darkening/hyper pigmentation of the skin on sections of my face. Saw Dr Genesis a week after and she was quite non nonchalant, she stated that the staff member probably wanted to give me a "bang for my buck" and applied the peel more generously in problem areas.Well the result of this more generous application of the chemical resulted in burns and it took months before my skin somewhat normalized.The techs are not properly trained.

I have had nothing but the best experiences at Nirvana with Dr. Genesis and her kind and pleasant team. The results have always been fantastic and exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. Fabulous work.

The worst place ever first of all expensive. Second, they don't do good job i got burned and they didn't do any thing just you gonna lose your money if you go there . I know there they ask to write good review about them in here to give you discount for next time but don't do that because your review it should be true not because you want discount. This is my experience

I highly recommend Nirvana laser hair and skin clinic, Dr. Genesis and her team are very knowledgeable and friendly, they don't make you feel rushed and they answer all your questions so you understand your procedure before you start. Great experience! ill be back for sure!

It was my second visit and I am impressed with Dr Genesis's work. I had droopy eye and am very happy after the treatment. Highly recommend this clinic.
