Recently purchased a vehicle that we saw online. We were able to schedule a time to see the vehicle and test drive it. Fred was very down to earth and accommodating. After some small talk we found out that we had some friends in common, still the small town feel. Our week was super busy and Fred even offered to setup a special delivery if needed. We were able to work out our schedule and pick the vehicle up from the lot. The finance person was newer to their position and didn't explain the extended warranty very well, however, they made every attempt to rectify the situation. No pressure sales from Fred. The additional sales person that we spoke to that had more experience with the particular vehicle we chose had also gone out of his way to add information.

Great service from Sean, Kyra, and Daniel - I found the vehicle I wanted online, took it for a test drive, and made it officially mine today. Will definitely be recommending friends and family to check out Okotoks Chevrolet before going elsewhere!

Great service, the employees were incredibly helpful and there was no pressure. They made sure my deal was as good as possible and as painless as possible. Best of all, they don't work on commission, which is why I think the experience was so good. First time I've ever left a dealership without a sour taste in my mouth.

Absolutely loved working with this dealership.
Sourced a vehicle online which was being sold at their lot. E-mailed back and forth with Kyra (who was very responsive) and setup a showing. She helped me get into a great truck as quickly and painlessly as possible. They were fun to deal with and did all the hard work for me. No request or question went unanswered. Eric (sales manager) and the financial department were all very friendly and straight forward to deal with. There is a reason this place receives such great reviews; if I am looking for another vehicle, they will be my first call.

Overall good experience, Rashelle was fantastic and got right down to it. She offered us a fair price for a good vehicle without beating around the bush. If your up for the drive from Calgary I'd recommend it.

We drove from Winnipeg to trade in our vehicle for a Yukon at this dealership and I cannot begin to explain the impeccable customer service we received. Kyra our sales woman was so nice and accommodating, Cory the finance manager was so pleasant to be around and Eric the GM went above and beyond and not to mention the behind the scenes service people were amazing too. My husband and I would drive half way across Canada just to get this kind of service again. Amazing!

I've bought three vehicles from this dealership. All great experiences. Each time I price check to make sure but always I've ended up buying here. They offer me more for my trade in then the ford and kia dealerships. And they give me a better price on the same vehicle. Excellent service. If there is ever an issue they resolve it quickly and leave me feeling happier then if nothing happened. The one time I found a better price on the same part they matched it. I will always start looking here for vehicles. Thank you Larry Bronson and Jeff Romeril for great experiences

They tried very hard to get me into a vehicle. Gave me over 2 grand more for my trade then other gm dealerships. Most gm dealerships will under cut you on trades. I recommend these guys. Kyra was very helpful called me about a month after to check in and see if we were still in the market for a vehicle.

My experience was amazing. I came in with quite a few questions and no idea what my options were gonna be for a new vehicle. I ended up with a brand new Equinox. No pushy sales people, financing was so quick and painless. I would recommend them to everyone. Including the vehicle. I'm so so happy with my decision.
