I had a great experience going to southridge chrysler! This was my first time buying a new vehicle (I purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler, Smoky Mountain) and throughout every step of the way Patrick was there to offer advice and support! I did in no way feel as though I was being pressured to buy a vehicle and instead supported with any decision I wished to go with.

Great service and would definitely recommend Patrick as a salesman - he was fantastic and easy to communicate with!

Great dealership and great service, they went above and beyond to provide us the ability to complete the deal that day, a Saturday on a long weekend. We were in from BC. Patrick provided great service, making sure he provided all information we requested and worked on our behalf to complete our purchase. We would recommend this dealership.

I traded in my Wrangler and got a great Cherokee North. I got a fair deal and felt that I could trust Patrick in sales and felt comfortable through the process. This extended through financing where things were explained but not pushed on me and parts was also very helpful with questions.

At the time I was ready to take delivery they took time to really go over all aspects of the car and make sure I knew every in and out.

Great service at Southridge. I have purchased from other Jeep dealers in the area and had a sour taste from the experience. Not so here.

I highly recommend them and Patrick as well.

**Condescending finance manager.
We had visited the dealership to look into a new vehicle. We found the sales person to be pleasant however when introduced to the finance manager the opposite was true. Apparently he took it upon himself to judge us as not able to purchase a vehicle of the calibre we were looking for. Little did he know we had been looking at this $45K vehicle for some time.
We purchased the vehicle out right at another dealership.
**Would not recommend this dealership if you're looking for a good relationship for future purchases.

Not really happy with service department.
Called few days before to make an appointment for my service, when came in they told me I'm not even in the system and there is no information about my appointment
First thing he said that they will charge me anyway for diagnostics. Even my warranty covers it.
Very rude and unprofessional guy was talking to me, and he was the only one over there during the busiest hours (6-7 people were waiting behind me while I was talking to him).
Terrible service. Never coming back there, no thank you.

I've had nothing but great experiences since buying my new truck from these guys 2 months ago.

They are very friendly and just providing awesome experiences. Every time I call the store the receptionist is so bubbly and cheerful, and sounds happy to be at her job ( which is more than I can say about an exotic dealership in town I tried to do business with).

Now this isn't my first rodeo with buying vehicles, currently I'm at 18, and I know things happen when buying a new vehicle. The amazing thing is how these guys here handle it.

My truck in in there service center today because the front headlight was getting moisture in it. When I brought it in obviously it wasn't going to fog up, Murphy's law ! But Dan in the service department believed everything I told him and he ordered me up a new one on the spot.

I have no hesitation to let the okotoks and Calgary area know that if they need a new vehicle go see these guys! Yes it's a smaller dealership than in Calgary, but give them a try.

My wife loves her new ride, the Jeep Cherokee is a very comfortable vehicle. Both Ron R. and Patrick G. were extremely helpful with going over everything about the vehicle.
