I've purchased two new vehicles from High River ford. Both experiences were absolutely wonderful, and I simply cannot recommend this dealership strongly enough.

My first purchase was a loaded 2015 Focus ST. The salesperson, and financing manager made the process very comfortable, and worked with me to keep the total monthly spend on my car within my budget.

The second purchase was a 2017 Focus RS. While Chris and Matt couldn't meet my budget, they came really close and got me a far better deal than other dealerships were offering. I purchased the car slightly below sticker with zero runaround, a rarity for a RS at the time. I know this because another dealership gave me nothing but the runaround for over a week, while the High River staff patiently waited for me to compare other options.

I ran into some issues when I went to have my first service done at another dealership under my maintenance plan. All I had to do was speak with Matt and he got the plan amended. As the car still needed its scheduled service during this time Matt arranged to reimburse me for the difference between my required synthetic oil and the conventional oil while the plan was being updated.

Again, these people are amazing. If you are looking for a stress free buying experience, I simply can't recommend them highly enough. My next vehicle will probably be purchased here as well.

I came to this dealership as I was having probIems with the my key that was activated on our ford that we bought from some where else. Brad in service was so awesome. There was a bit of a mix up on what time I was bring in the truck for them to fix it. Brad was awesome and got it in and the time he quoted was pretty bang on. He was funny and very nice. We for sure are going to maintain our servicing needs with you dealership and when its time for us to get a new vehicle we are deffinately coming here.

As a return customer we were once again treated great. Everyone was very helpful and very knowledgeable and did not try and sell us more tow vehicle than we needed. We felt no pressure to buy and we're extremely happy with the deal. Two additional things standout. When the truck came in it required some local dealer adds (accessories). They never left the unit out overnight, always locking it up in the shop to protect it. :

These guys are just the best. Really, the salesmen and Matt the financial manager all go out of their way to accommodate you. Found us the best deal and we were at three other Ford branches in Calgary but ended going out of town to High River cause that's where the good ones are!

We bought our 2013 SUV from High River Ford basically sight unseen because we live a couple hours away. This was very unsettling for us. Chris, our salesman helped us by answering every question we had and providing all the information we requested. He also had it delivered to us on a Saturday free of charge! When the car arrived, we were very pleased with it, no surprises. They made the long distance purchase a breeze. Only comment on the negative side was that we would have liked to 'after the sale service'. A phone call, an email, something to show they cared after the transaction has been made. Other than that, we were happy with this experience.
