  The truck they sold me was a used 2016 GMC Yukon Denali with 23000ish km for 70+ thousand dollars, it was a nice truck but it always had a lingering mildew or dirty smell that I couldn't get rid of. I complained about it and was told the truck sat for 40 days before it was delivered to me and the smell would have been evident when it was delivered and that I should have said something at that time. The problem was the smell was masked with an air freshener when they delivered it, the dealership would not acknowledge that happened. Their answer was that they gave me a good deal. This was only one of the issues however, but the only one that really bothered me. I wasn't happy with the response I got from them. I am getting the truck custom cleaned on the inside to see if that fixes the problem. If they would have worked with me to solve the issue I wouldn't have written this review, but they basically said they didn't do anything wrong and that I got a good deal. I guess I should just shut up then.

  Like most other dealerships. Friendly sales staff and not pushy. The service side is typical of most dealerships: expensive and not as friendly.

  Awesome Dealership!!! We have had nothing but trouble and frustration with Okotoks GMC, so we decided to call these guys. Dave the service advisor got me booked in for the same day, and Roger the service manager looked at our truck and had our problems solved within minutes. The parts came in, we were booked in and taken care of right away. There was even another issue that arose and that was handled right away as well. This dealership values customers and has great customer service. We will be back for all our service needs, as well as when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle. Thank you guys for all your hardwork!

  Roger , Evelyn and Dave are OUTSTANDING at customer service! The service team exceeded my expectations and handled all of my concerns in a professional and timely manner. I will definitely be returning to High Country Chevrolet in the future.

  Just wanted to say I had a great experience with the purchase of my New Buick Enclave AWD. I also feel I was given a fair value for my trade so I didn't have to sell it myself. I would highly recommend Terry and strongly suggest you go see for yourself how the entire team at High Country Chev made my experience a happy one.
