Called for an appointment and the girl who picked up the phone was very knowledgeable about what we would need to get done for our first appointment. Booking was easy. The vet assistant and vet were friendly and informative. Will be back for our puppy's next set of shots.

The staff here are excellent. Dr Charach takes a little getting used to but he really cares about dogs and cats. He often over-explains things to people (I suspect because he feels more comfortable with animals). They have a Wednesday special for dental cleaning. The staff care about the animals and are attentive to their needs while they are in their care. They will provide free of charge papers for the animals to cross the border.
