It was an amazing experience with the OK TOUR! Especially the guide of Rocky mountain tour was professional and kind. I highly recommend this tour company. Thanks a lot!

Terrible customer service. Paid online, but they insisted they hadn't received the money. Had to go to the bank several times and eventually had to have a bank teller call the CEO directly to make them admit they received the money. Refused to apologize. (I get that you guys had miscommunication. but why should we suffer from YOUR miscommunication. Need more customer service training.) They laughed at us when we said we wanted to cancel the trip. Apparently you can't cancel without penalty worth most of the money you paid.
As for the trip, they would spend 50min advertising vitamins and other products and spends 30 min sightseeing.

It took 7 hours to cross the border from Vancouver to Seattle on Saturday. They maybe expected that. But didn't tell us. Only 1 hour in Seattle. Terrible breakfast. No bread. Just some snacks for the breakfast. No wifi.

I don't want to give one star. They didn't follow their rules. They said I would stay at Delta Lodge at Kananaskis or same class hotel. But where I actually stayed was lower class than Delta Lodge at Kananaskis. I understood that the tour plan could be changed, but at least they had to provide same class hotel. It made me so upset. I don't wanna use here anymore.

The best group tours I've ever experienced!
I used to be negative about some sort of group package tour, but most of tours I used in this travel agency are satisfied to me.
Meals were mostly good, and hotels they use were also really good with reasonable price.
If you have a plan to go to group tours, I would like to highly recommend you to use this travel agency.response / report this review -

It was perfect family vacations for Canadian Rockies with OK TOUR. We would like to thank Catherine as our tour guide. Hotels and tour bus was clean. Meals are not bad. If you ask me, it was reasonable price tour packages. :)

I went to Canadian Rockies tour with OK TOUR. It was amazing tour with Andrew as my tour guide. The tour guide was very informative and very friendly. I think the package tour is affordable price for for very clean and good quality hotels, meals and service. I was very satisfied with this company.

This Korean tour company has incredible price for Canadian Rocky tours. They provide 9 meals, 3 night hotels, transportation and tour guide for $249 per person include tax!!! Can you believe it? Hotels were very nice(we stayed at Delta hotel!) and the bus was clean and comfort. Meals were mostly Korean and tasty for me. The tour guide was quite informative. We did not understand all the things that the tour guide said during the tour because he spoke Korean but he never missed to translate to us whenever an opportunity arises.
