Took my truck into the Nurse body shop on an insurance vandalism claim. Parts were not installed. I was told that I need to supply the parts. Parts were damaged but Nurse claimed they hadn't. Truck was poorly prepped before paint ( paint chips, dirt, Sanding swirls), paint was peeling after less than 3 weeks. During the month my truck was in thier possession my passenger seat lost power and heat, my antenna was broken, my battery is complete toast and now my engine doesn't have power. This is a very condensed version and I do have documented proof.

Scott Morgan was the salesman whom we dealt with on our visit. He was very friendly and professional and answered all of the questions that we had. Considering all of the times people talk about being afraid of used car sales, this put all of that to rest. We took the vehicle back today to had a minor issue looked at and all of the staff at Nurse Chevrolet are fantastic. I look forward to giving them my continual business.

Fast honest service. No pushing into something more that you don't need. I've been taking my car there for years and have sent my family there. Always helpful and professional.

Wow. This place is an absolute dime. Beautiful new lot, building. Amazing staff, makes you comfortable. A small lunch kiosk to enjoy while you wait. Used car manager is a great dude, as was the new car dealer that I dealt with.

Clearly a customer focused dealer. Simple, easy process - actually selected vehicle on-line, contacted dealership and arranged for a test drive. And in same visit cut a deal and picked up car 3 days later. Have now had vehicle for a couple of months and am just thrilled. I would definitely recommend the Nurse Team - Scott Morgan was first class.

Good service and the prices are reasonable. They will try and work the best option for you. Added bonus is that they wash your car and clean the inside mats when work is done. I have compared prices and they are on the mark.

BODY SHOP REVIEW - I was recommended by a friend (also a former Nurse employee) to take my car there for repairs following an accident. Everything started out fine. The estimator took pictures, notes of the damage and set me up with a rental car and dealt with my insurance company directly.
The repairs were said to take about 1 - 2 weeks as they'd need to order some of the parts. It was delayed about an extra 1.5 weeks because they were sent the wrong parts and one of the parts was also not in good condition. They requested to have a better conditioned replaced; that's great. (Their story. But didn't bother me as they coordinated an extension of the rental car for me).
Time comes for me to pick up my car. I came on my way home from work just before their closing time and didn't get a chance to Thank the estimator for all her help. On my way home I noticed my headliner was pulled down and hanging low in certain areas. First thing the next morning I called the estimator who asked me to bring my car back. I brought my car back right away. The estimator said she'd take care of it and got me a rental car I could use until fixed.
The estimator tried to locate a replacement headliner, but none were available. It would have to be repaired or replaced by an upholstery shop. She contacted my insurance company to try to get them to cover costs for repair. Obviously, the insurance would not cover this repair as it was not from my accident or part of their repair estimate. This is workmanship problem of their shop.
That afternoon, the estimator called me to come back to the shop to pick up my car. There is nothing further they can do. I came to the shop, again just before closing. The estimator was not there.
I called and emailed asking for a resolution, but was told there is nothing they can do. The repair would not be covered. She spoke to the technician who now says he never touched the headliner. And she spoke with their upholstery specialist who said it was probably because it's an older car (2007), that is just dropped; maybe because of recent heat. However, from showing my friend (who again, used to work at the shop) can see it was tampered with and must have been pulled down when they needed to replace the hatchback trunk lid. They needed to pull down the liner to expose the wiring connections and bolts to remove/replace the hatch.
My friend even tried speaking with the manager. He said he would look into it. Upon numerous follow-ups, they still refused to pay for any repairs. Now I'm stuck with this headliner problem that if I want fixed, need to now pay out of my own pockets.
It amazes me how they would take my car back after reporting the problem, give me a rental, clearly making me feel they understand the problem and will fix it. But when a replacement part cannot be located and my insurance company will not cover any repair cost, it is no longer their problem.
Please beware of bringing your car to their body shop or any body shop. I want to share my experience to help others in the future. Take your own pictures (outside AND inside), so you can prove what condition you dropped your vehicle off vs. how it looks when you pick it up.
Hopefully, no one else is left with this same experience I had.

Nurse Chevrolet was outstanding. They were welcoming, respected what I wanted in the car and provided support throughout the process. Their staff was friendly and as excited about my car purchase as I was. Brett was accommodating in setting up appointments to discuss options and also accommodating me when I dropped in unexpectantly. Outstanding team and facilities! Can't be more happy with my purchase and the team that helped me.
