Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile which is always nice.The details were taken down efficiently and the advisor checked and tested one complaint that I had and made sure she understood the issue.Cassandra explained a few other things to me and I did not feel like I was being "sold" extra work. Shuttle service was efficient and friendly both taking me home as well as picking me up again. Cashier where I picked up my vehicle was also smiling and efficient. If only more places would realize how important it is to greet a customer with a genuine smile as well as show a genuine interest in what the customer wants.

I took my Explorer in for its scheduled oil change and a recall on a part and found the service to be outstanding! I was expecting my vehicle to be in the shop for the entire day but the job was completed by early afternoon. They are friendly staff and answered all of my questions. Only thing that would be nice if the vehicles received a quick wash nothing but praise for the staff in the service department.

George and Mike in the body shop performed above and beyond expectations. Outstanding workmanship on time and on budget. How do you get much better than that? Would highly recommend their services any time to any one. A fantastic job and a genuinely satisfying experience await.

We had the best salesperson in Calgary you could ever ask for. Nicole M at Northstar Ford went above and beyond to meet our needs and demands to get our truck on time and at the best price possible. Her hard work and determination to be the best is without doubt appreciated. I would highly recommend her as Salesperson of the year. For her hard work and dedication we even sent our son to her and he got an Escape which he truly enjoys. For all you do Nicole this 10 star is for you girl. You truly are the best.

Sib sold an Escape to my parents and 2 trucks to my brother and they are so pleased with their vehicles which are a perfect fit for them. The service was honest and no pressure and they were treated like gold. Sib obviously loves his job and knows how to make customers feel valued and is knowledgeable in getting just the right vehicle for the right price to his customers.

I can't say enough about Sib at this location. He is kind, outgoing and is very knowledgeable about the products. Plus he's helpful and willing to answer any questions! He is definitely the person you will want to talk to when you go in. I would definitely buy a vehicle from him any day!

My boyfriend and I bought a truck from here and we had the most amazing experience! Sib was so knowledgeable, and was able to help us find exactly what we needed in our price range. Just an upstanding guy! We will be recommending NorthStar to all of our friends in the future.

The service was excellent and timely. They were able to diagnose and fix significant mechanical issues within 24 hours. After my service appointment my vehicle is functioning like new.
Their shuttle works well getting to and from your home, but you will want to consider leaving your schedule light in order to accommodate a busy shuttle schedule.response / report this review -

Will definitely return. Just basic service after driving across the country. Fast oil change served right away. Service advisor was helpful and in good spirit. Service administration was pleasant and helpful. Very busy place first thing Monday morning. One star off for not washing the truck. Regular visited Ford dealership does so was expecting this but overall the experience was welcoming.

My experiences at Northstar Ford Calgary have always been positive. Although it is just random chance I have had Brittany as my service adviser for the last two or three services in a row. What more to say, she's great!

It was a little busier than usual as I dropped my Explorer off yesterday morning. Fiona explained that customers show up without appointments and that can really bog down the process for those customers who have made appointments. Other than that, everything went pretty smoothly. Fiona discussed the number of remaining service appointments on my Ford Maintenance Protection Plan and advised of the appropriate mileage increments to make sure I can take full advantage of the FMPP. Received an oil change, machined rotors, cleaned brake pads, rotated tires - all completed before noon.

The worst experience ever. I went to them with a ford escape recall for the power steering wheel. The recall is about a defected sensor . I already had it defected prior doing the recall. But they just reprogrammed the wheel to show me a warning, which even didn't show the warning. And when I told them there should be a warning they said no there is no warning and they never tell what is the recall about exactly. When i went again to check it to do the warning they charged me 155$ and said it's not related to the recall. While every mechanic in Canada knows exactly what is this recall about.
Not recommending going to these theives. Find another dealer or don't even bother with Ford vehicles .
The director of service said he will call but he never did. One more reason to know how unprofessional they areresponse / report this review -

Cannot recommend the service department at this dealership enough. They reviewed a fairly substantial warranty claim that was rejected by another dealership and took my vehicle in without any issue. The whole team was fantastic and made every effort to ensure I was looked after from start to finish. There are literally 6 dealerships closer to me than North Star, but I can assure you that they will be my first call for service and sales moving forward.
