  09/12/17- The girl who helped us today was incredibly knowledgable and friendly. Great customer service! Had my new hat stretched as well and the guy nailed the size first try! All around a great experience and very happy with my new hat!

  Very well built hats. Went there today and they made a custom one for me as i waited. I hope this one lasts as long or longer than the last smith built i bought 18 years ago

  I have had Smithbilt hats for over 25 yeas. I bring clients and Friends to the Store. The service has always been top notch. The quality is next to none. All I can say is Giddy up get a Smithbilt Hat
