  I keep going here because they know how to make a great latte or espresso. Bean selection is great and lots of seating.

  Terrible service, rude. Asked for an extra hot almond latte. Barely warm, then she disappeared. What the hell?

  Good coffee, nice atmosphere. Very fast service. Leather upholstery could use some maintenance.

  What an absolutely rude person at the counter. Barely made eye contact, had ME remove my receipts from her machines. Made new coffee and gave me a cup of the old stuff. When will people learn that front line staff are a representative of the company and the brand. That one experience can turn me off of any brand or company. Unfortunately she has done so for this location.
