We contacted Burnaby Blacktop as recommended by Marksman Construction (our Strata Maintenance Service Providers) to repair a section of our entrance roadway where the asphalt had been worn away from recent years of snow removal. Adrian and Gina were very helpful, professional and responsive. They provided a fair and competitive quote and then worked with us to schedule their crew at a time convenient for our residents. The repair was completed to our satisfaction without any impact to our residents. Thank you for the great service Burnaby Blacktop!

We hired Burnaby Blacktop to reseal , repave , and re do several shopping centers. Their pricing was spot on better than any other company larger or smaller, and they finished the work 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The owners Adrian and Arlun were the most professional and courteous owners and workers I have ever done business with. If you need a job done, Large OR SMALL - call them. They are honest, hard working and caring towards their customers and business. I would give them 10 stars but this only goes up to 5. GREAT JOB and THANK YOU!!

Our development company hired Burnaby Blacktop to resurface a large parking lot. This project involved many complexities and unforeseen engineering concerns. Burnaby Blacktop was very fast and efficient in providing competitive, comprehensive quotes, good advice and quality workmanship. Also, they're great in terms of communication, it was never difficult to get Adrian on the phone to answer any questions or address any concerns. They were flexible with scheduling and their workers were punctual and polite (not something Ive experienced with all vendors). Overall, they were fast, efficient and delivered a great quality product. We would not hesitate to work with Burnaby Blacktop in the future.

We needed to have our driveway fixed, so I called five different companies and asked for an estimate. Two of them did not even call back, three of them showed up to check the area and provide an estimate. Greg at Burnaby Blacktop was the only one that actually showed up on time. He was professional, friendly and even though they were not the cheapest our gut told us they were the right choice. The job was finished less than two weeks later and their crew did an amazing job! My kids are now enjoying playing sports on our new driveway and we will surely recommend them to family and friends.
