Thank you to Newmarket Orthodontics for the way they've handled and are continuing to handle the Covid situation. During the time they had to close the office, we received email updates, and were also given the opportunity to pick up some special flouride toothpaste (from outside the office door) to help keep our son's teeth healthy. We are taking social distancing and safety measures quite seriously at our house but I have to admit I barely hesitated before saying yes to an ortho appointment for my son for today. I said yes because it has always appeared to me that Newmarket Orthodontics are very fastidious about their cleaning anyhow, and they were very clear in their last communications about the extra safety features they have put into place. So, because of this, I allowed my son to go get his braces and teeth checked today. After returning to the van following his appointment, he filled me in on all of the new things in the office, just as had been emailed to us. Thank you to everyone at the office for making my son (and me) feel safe and comfortable during these unprecedented times.

The team at Newmarket Orthodontics are beyond professional and helpful. Dr. Cancelli is a perfectionist when it comes to orthodontic work and his team follows suit. Ivona and Laurie are so welcoming, not to mention, accommodating and knowledgeable. The same applies for all the hygienists that work there, especially Julia. I wouldn't trust anyone else but this team for my family's or my orthodontic work!!!

I have had the best experience with Dr. Frank. He was super supportive and eased my fears about getting Invisalign before my wedding. He was so professional but also took the time to get to know me and discuss the best treatment for me, especially considering the tight timeline I presented. I have already highly recommended him to friends and family!

Dr Frank and his staff provided excellent care for both my daughter and then myself who, after many years of procrastinating, finally straightened my own teeth. Invisalign worked terrific for me. I found the plates comfortable and very easy to manage. Every single person who works in this office is not only professional and personable but provide you with great care.
