I really can't believe this jewellery Shop. It tremendously ruined my event. I Had my finances necklace brought in here. And they misplaced it. Trying to replace it for a lesser value of there own crappie jewellery.
I believe is independently owned by a family.

I had my wedding ring designed here. Cory worked with my ideas and helped me design a ring that balanced style with solid functionality. I have always had first class service here. Everyone greets me by name, and while I am not a big customer, they always treat me like one.

I had my claws on my 2 carat diamond solitaire re built because the diamond had become slightly loose. A few weeks after the work was done, the claws were snagging when I put on clothing so I went back to have them check my claws and they did further adjustments to my claws. About six weeks later my diamond fell out of my setting and was gone. I went back to the store to tell them my diamond had fallen out of the setting that they had recently worked on. There response from the store was that I must have banged it and that they were not responsible in any way! Prior to this I had worn this ring constantly for 20 years and never had an issue with the setting. I spoke with all three family members who run this business and never did anyone accept any degree of responsibility.
