My girlfriend went here excited to find a brick and mortar shop that might carry her bra size. However she said the sales staff was very very condescending to her. They didn't try to help her much despite her being the only customer inside, and she overheard them calling her a little girl while she was in the changing room (??!). She's a smaller woman yes, but 26 so you guys lost a couple sales there. Maybe they assumed she was a teenager with no money and wouldn't actually purchase something and so didn't care how they treated her. I don't know, but she's sticking to online retailers now. In the future treat all your customers equally. You don't know who has money and who doesn't.
Shawn my assistant was extremely professional and sensitive. Enjoyed shopping there am actually wearing one of the bras I purchased yesterday..Talk about comfort,. guess who will be returning to this store againsoon.
Lovely selection and helpful sales reps. It is designer lingerie, though, so very expensive; however, the products will last a long time if you care for them properly.
The best store for women that have large chests and/or struggle to find bras that actually fit properly! I don't know what I would do without this store, it's changed my life. I know that might sound extreme but it's true. Before this store opened in London I was stuck buying bras that didn't fit properly just to have something to cover my self with - they had no support, were the complete wrong sizes, always shifting and I was always poping out and uncomfortable! I was constantly searching for something better. Now thanks to this store I'm comfortable in my clothes and my clothes actually fit better. Bras are one thing I no longer have to worry about! They are great quality and worth every penny!
Horrible. At least they're consistent. I had to find a bra for my wedding and immediately thought of My Top Drawer. Sadly, they've wasted their money on top notch advertising and then ruined it by hiring bottom of the barrel staff. I ended up standing in the fitting room for 10-15 minutes every time I tried on a bra they recommended, just standing there waiting for the woman to come back. There was one other shopper in the store and two sales associates so it was completely ridiculous. I ended up in tears because it was such a frustrating experience. Also ended up with an ill fitting bra I had to take back. The same woman was there (older, short hair, mean, hope that's a good enough description) and she asked me multiple times why I was returning it, then asked my finance again. Talked about me while I was in trying on another bra (IN FRONT OF MY FIANCE). Ended up getting absolutely no help in exchanging the bra so I had to take store credit and go back another time. This is an important item on my wedding to-do list and I'm not getting it done because I DREAD going back there. What a horrible store.
