Took my moms Rolex to be serviced with a new crown 2 years ago this December, about a month ago she started having problems with it so I took it to a different watch repair shop. They notified me that the work done by Dan's was done incorrectly and I now need a new crown.

Finally, somewhere you can take your watches without worry. Battery changes are always fast here, even on tough 300m+ watches. I brought a watch with a cracked crystal in and it was fixed within an hour, I couldn't find anyone else in the city to even look at it (without "Sending it away" to god knows where) so I was pretty happy to find Dan's! If you have issues with your watch in London don't waste your time at other "watch stores" or department stores, I've been to a lot of them over the years and Dan's is the only place I will go back to. I wish I found out about them sooner!

Dan's was recommended to me by another watch repairman who was out of town. Dan went straight to work figured out the issue (in this case a manufacturer problem), and fixed it. Less than ten minutes and a great price.

Worked with Peter to custom mod my Orient diver watch. With my supplied parts, he installed a sapphire crystal and another set of hands on the same day. Great service, and was cheaper than other stores that I received quotes from.

Had an engagement ring resized (smaller) here. Super speedy, done on site in under 2 hours. Very nice couple run the store.
