LTC needs improvement, but a great stop

Pretty good bus stop. It has 3 shelters that stop you from getting wet, however it certainly does not stop you from getting cold. There is also a board that displays the time until your next bus, which is handly. 6 benches in each shelter. If you have a long wait, might as well go into the mall and get warm. As far as bus stops go, this is one of the best.
