I had a decemt good hair cut satuday ? But it's just not what I wanted. There's missed pieces longer then others , I just wanted one length medium length just a little below my shoulders . But the hair dresser wet my hair without asking if I wanted it to be wet or dry . I would have wanted it to be dry for this reason my edges are so thick it's difficult to get them straighten good it just does not look good , not what I expected . I probably won't be coming back here . I am just so disappointed in my haircut :( my hair was almost to my butt there was so much to work out and it's not even the same length or close :( my hair is my life and now I have to deal with hair I do not like . And the shitty thing is I loved the hair dresser who did my hair she was so nice ! but I just hate my hair now :(

"I'd like it long enough to run my hands through still" That's what I told the woman There and she said "okay" and of course she buzzed my head! I showed her pictures and described what I wanted and what I got was an ugly uneven mess. This was right before my commencement too! So I got stuck with an ugly haircut from a woman who had no idea what she was doing. I don't recommend this place at all and it was a waste of my money

Unfortunately, I must also agree with the 1 star comments. This was my first time here, and although I have had less than desirable haircuts in my time, this one was by far the worst. I have hummed and hawed over the last couple of days whether I would call and complain, and I just cant stand looking in the mirror. Its too long where its supposed to be short, and too short where it's supposed to be longer. I wanted the sides shaved according to how it was before, but she went too far back. Im so disappointed and I will be talking to a manager tomorrow in hopes that someone can fix the mess on my head. Why do people who have no eye and no vision want to cut hair for a living. OMG, I am so so disappointed. Lesson learned :-(

It was the day before school pictures so I brought my son into this location to have his existing haircut freshened up. We had been here two months maybe less before for his back to school haircut and he asked for a slightly modified Mohawk whereas the only difference was that it wasn't very long in the back but was much longer on the top, the cut was okit was definitely crooked but only a someone with OCD would notice. He was seated and the botch stylist asked what we wanted done and I explained the previous haircut to her and making it clear it was a slight variation of a Mohawk. I thought we were on the same page after we discussed the clipper depth (#2) for the shaved portion of this haircut. She began shaving his head but also shaved the back of his head! It was now a crew cut. I asked her what she was doing and said it's suppose to be a Mohawk and she gave me attitude saying it was (?????), I explained several times what a Mohawk was and she then removed her rude tone when she realized she screwed up and had to attempt to fix this very EXTREMELY common hair cut but it didn't work out because you can't reattach hair once cut. She tried to make up for it by putting a lightening bolt pattern on the side of his head that ofcoarse just looked like random lines. I really should not have paid for a cut I could have done myself with our clippers. Like honestly.try explaining to your 8yr old son that wanted the same haircut as his favorite soccer player for his picture day (which only comes once a year). Yes, this woman should really do some research on this very EXTREMELY common haircut.
