  Cherry gives the best deep massages I’ve had.
  She make sure that I’m satisfied with the service, which I always am. She takes the time to learn my areas of concern so that she can focus on it and I can feel results. Everyone there is kind, professional and attentive to my needs.
  I highly recommend My haven laser and spa.

  My first time coming here and truly a wonderful spa here in Calgary. So clean and professional, Cherry and Tina were very knowledgable and gave excellent massages. I took my mother and aunt here and we all were so relaxed and impressed with the quality of the service here. Cherry was outstanding and worked on tight knots I've had in my shoulders for months. She did an excellent job with my aunt who had a previous injury. Tina also was fantastic with my mother. Definitely will be coming back!

  I have known Tina and Cherry for a few years now. When I heard that My Haven was their new establishment, I transferred over immediately. This location is beautiful and clean. All the staff at My Haven are courteous, professional and very friendly. They are knowledgeable with addressing your needs as a client and tailor each session to what you are needing. They have introduced new massage techniques such as cupping, hot stone, essential oils over the years to help address my neck and back issues. I highly recommend.

  The most relaxing and beautiful spa located close to downtown. Tina and her team are exceptional. They are absolutely professional and have high focus on professionalism, cleanliness and neatness of the spa. I had an exceptional deep tissue massage not just once but for a few times now. The massage is of high quality and had the most relaxing time. My back and neck feels a lot better. I usually don’t leave too many reviews in google. But the quality of massage and the pleasant nature of the staff gave me a strong reason to add in a positive review.

  I have been coming to My Haven Laser & Spa since it opened and thought I should leave a review since good service deserves a good review! It is truly a great place to come for relaxation or deep tissue massage. After a run the stretch massage is great to keep the muscles from getting too tight. The Vichy Shower body scrub treatments are great as well at any time of the year, but especially during the cold weather. I have also tried the laser hair removal treatments, and they truly do work. I would highly recommend this Spa.
