I have never had a pain-free dental experience until I saw Dr. Iman and Mahwish for fillings at the Streetsville location. I was terrified of the dentist's drill until today. Dr. Iman and Mahwish are gentle, patient, and sympathetic to a scared patient. They listen to what their patients need and do everything they can to make them comfortable. They foster a relaxed, caring atmosphere. A big thank you to Dr. Iman, Mahwish, Sahar, and the dental receptionists whose names I (regretfully) have not yet learned. It took me nearly twenty years to work up the courage to see a dentist and this team handled it well. Thank you!

Bad service, there is No respect for the patients, doctors moves from room to room from patient to patient spreading germs in Covied time. Doctors busy with phone calls, they leave patient waiting more and more time, Not good at all.

Put in your consideration that your appointment will take three hours.
One hour waiting in the waiting room then half hour laying in dentist chair waiting for the doctor to see you.then half hour to start taking Care of you.
Give one hour for the doctor sooo three hours at least your appointment will take.
I decided not Comeback to this clinic me and my wife and my three kids.
The doctors are great professional and have the proper experience to deal with you.The staff are great too but my mean problem was in the waiting time.
It always happened each visit.

Initially brought my oldest daughter in for an emergency. The receptionist is friendly, compassionate and incredibly understanding. We had Dr.Zane at first and he was the nicest and made my daughter laugh. Since that appointment we have brought our other two children for cleanings and simple dental procedures. They hygienist and assistants are fantastic with children. The way they speak to them shows that they truly care for their patients.
