Went to ems esthetics based on a recommendation from a friend. The clinic waiting area was nice and tidy with hand sanitizers at the front desk. I didn’t have to wait long. Emily, the esthetician came out to let me know she is just cleaning and sanitizing the room before my session. That’s a plus. We had a quick discussion on what I would like and decided on my first facial. I was nervous at first but Emily explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable each step of the way. She's knowledgeable, professional and able to keep the convo light and relaxing. Definitely a great experience and will be coming back.

Only one I trust with my skin!! Such a relaxing space and very customized treatments. Emily listens to exactly what you want and really cares about you and your skin!!! 10/10 recommend

Emily does excellent work and I like that she is constantly upgrading her skills to keep current with industry trends. She is very professional and personable at the same time. I trust her to take care of all my esthetic needs!

I've known Emily for years and have had the pleasure of experiencing a number of her services during this time including waxing, facials and mani & pedi. Seeing Emily is like seeing a good friend - it doesn't matter how much time passes in between, there is always this welcoming warmth and care. I also really appreciate the quality of Em's work and professionalism.

The experience and professionalism is exceptional! Emily took the time to communicate the process of steps she would do for the services rendered for brow laminating and the lash lift. Meanwhile, always checking my well-being to make sure I was comfortable or if I wanted any adjustments made. I’m really happy with my results! I highly recommend checking out her spa!!!
