Horrible experience moving here! Didn’t even stay for the full year of the lease due to the amount of drug activity and sketchy people. Slums of Leduc!

Not Responsive/professional. Worst management. I called multiple times, left a vm w/ weekend staff and emailed to get ahold of someone.
I'm looking to rent for Sept/Oct 1st. When Cindy finally replied she didn't answer any my questions in my email she was very vague and just asked if I had pets and then nothing.. so i emailed again? and then said she was to busy with showings all week! I emailed to set up a viewing next week but again no response.. so I called and wow the girl said there was a 4:30 viewing today! But when Cindy found out she emailed me saying it was a mistake.. Busted perhaps? I then had my colleague inquire about the same suite and guess what! It might be available after Sept 1st and to call back?! Like WOW! Is this what the world has come to? I guess you don't want to rent out your suites, fine by me. After this I wouldn't want to live there anyway. Goodluck Cindy! Enjoy your games I have no time for this. You just cost your owner a serious reliable renter. All the best.response / report this review -

Management has its moments of greatness, but a lot of issues are not dealt with.
If you like to wake up to fire alarms, every other week this is the place to be. High police presence at the location as well. Rent is a little on the high side for the amount of issues you have to deal with. You can hear everything through the hallways, especially the people above you.
Non stop stomping from people above and urinating from animals getting all over your patio furniture. Just gets brushed off when complained about.
Was great for the first year but got worse with disrespectful tenants over the years. Glad to be out.response / report this review
