Bylaws re. traffic and parking in residential areas staff never answer phone. When and if they do they are disrespectful, unprofessional and rude to the extreme. They, especially female employees, sound as you woke them up in the middle of their nap. They never seem to know what's going on in their own neighbourhood, never seen driving around checking unlawfully parked vehicles. They should remember WE pay their salaries.
