Great service starting from the friendly receptionist to our plumber Ben! Very informative and knowledgeable! Also, very approachable and friendly! Wonderful job fixing our plugged drain!

The plumber assigned to me was very friendly, experienced and was able to do the job perfectly. He also guided me on best practices to avoid damages. I recommend Mr.Rooter for any plumbing related issues.

Everything went smoothly getting a new electric hot water tank. All employees were friendly and courteous. Would use them again.

Needed my tub drain cleaned. They were fantastic to deal with. The follow up explanation after was great. Bill helped me understand the issue and how to best move forward. Very happy and would recommend!

The technicians are knowledgeable, professional and always explain what is wrong.
Lynn, the person that schedules the technicians and answers the questions about invoices, etc. is amazing. Always professional, respectful, understanding of your needs, very helpful and gets back to you immediately. An exceptional employee that always makes you feel you are the main priority no matter how busy she is or the company is.response / report this review
