We had an issue with our toilet in the basement. The toilet had to be removed and reinstalled, and the floor had to be opened up to install a new floor flange.

Bruce from Mr. Rooter was exceptionally knowledgeable and did an excellent job. The service we received was fantastic. Every problem was explained to us very clearly.

We will be calling Mr. Rooter for all future plumbing needs.

Mr Rooter attended my home yesterday to examine my backflow valve and camera scope my pipe from the house to the street. The tech was Ryan. He was on time, friendly, professional, and answered every one of my questions. He had no issues with me being close by to see what was being done. I have used Mr Rooter in the past, and all I can say is they are and have been fantastic to work with every time.

Very pleased with Mr. Rooters service! From booking the job to Greg’s arrival, the process was very straight-forward and professional. From the moment Greg arrived, Greg displayed professionalism and a friendly demeanour that put my family at ease. He very clearly explained the process and my dad was extremely pleased with his service! Greg's attention to detail and thoroughness in his work were truly commendable, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was in top-notch condition before he left. The only concern I would have is the price, but overall great service. Thank you, Greg & the rest of the team at Mr. Rooter for a job incredibly well done!

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting two young folks, Greg and Marci, technicians in the employ of Mr. Rooter Ottawa. In response to a maintenance check on a back-flow valve and sump-pump, Marci and Greg went well above and beyond my simple request, including the inspection of other plumbing fixtures in my home. Unfailingly polite, friendly, knowledgeable and scrupulously clean, I cannot think of another trade professional that I've had in my home who would be able to match the value, knowledge, skill and courtesy shared yesterday by Greg and Marci. Deeply impressed; deeply appreciated. I'd love to have awarded them more than five stars. Kudos to Mr. Rooter for employing such fine people.
