I've been thinking about writing some reviews about them here. As I saw they hit the mark of 4.8 at Google currently, I would be not surprised by that. Actually, in my eyes, I would like to give a 5+ to them. And I bet my husband would not have a disagreement of it with me. Dan and Justin they are very professional, reliable, friendly, and passionate about work. Every time if I have any of questions, they, especially Justin would also answer patiently instead of just doing the work and then running away from it. No, they are not that type. Unfortunately, it turned out the problems in my drain pipe underground requires advanced work, like hydro jetting work, after they worked very hard and then diagnosed. Justin even explained very things every details about what it was for me to my friend through a phone call in a professional way(hard to say thank you enough to Justin, a very good gentleman). My friend is an experienced expert in the field of working on weeping tile systems. My friend had found out a very good Jetting company to do the jet cleaning for my house according to the information offered by Justin and told me that Justin is a very good plumber, and the Plumbing Nerds is a good company, later after.
A few mins ago, I just got a call from Dan. He followed up with me about how things go so far. I told him the jetter is coming tomorrow. Very impressed and so grateful for their help. They are the best.

We were so impressed with Plumbing Nerds. They were able to service us same day and gave us a reasonable and correct time frame for attending. They were honest, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They took the time to thoroughly assess and were very reasonably priced. Will be using them for any future plumbing needs and recommending them to family and friends. Also love all their community involvement.

Good solid friendly guys working for this company. They may not be the cheapest around but they do good solid work from what I can see, and ultimately I don’t mind paying more for good customer service and good work. Being licensed is key to us too as any issues and they of course can, and do, rectify them. Justin and Tyler are both great guys with good knowledge.

Justin came to our home last week to help with a few plumbing issues we had. He was very friendly and personable but also highly professional. He went through all the details of each service option and stayed into the evening until the job was finished. We were very pleased with both the work done and Justin as a technician. Highly recommend Plumbing Nerds and Justin specifically for any plumbing needs!

I had a very serious problem arise and the team was able to come same day. They were courteous, professional, had everything they needed for their work as well as protection materials so nothing I had would get damaged. They were thorough, explained things well so I understood what was happening and they recommended options for next steps. Will definitely call them again!
