This place was a little snug but their Ramen made up for everything! I ordered a Classic Shio ramen and the broth was light yet flavorful and the noodles were springy and so delicious! I am so glad I came here!
Good light ramen for a reasonable price. I prefer Kintaro, but if there's a line this is a good alternative.
Great (off the beaten path of typical ramen) place. Definitely visit if you know ramen and want to venture out a bit from usual style.
Charcoal black ramen is very flavourful. The "Spicy" version is only moderately spicy, and the noodles are excellent and chewy. The toppings are very good, especially the egg, but they are slim in number by default. Speedy service. Quite large portions.
Shorter queues than other ramen shops on Robson St. Good ramen but not memorable. Metered street parking, and free residential street parking a block away.
Great place for a traditional Ramen. Friendly staff and delicious soup. Tried all of them and my favorite is Shoyu Ramen.
Very good vege ramen in town. The shio ramen I had was also very good, not very greasy. Great place to have food after a Stanley park bike ride
Very nice ramen and services. I go there couple times a month, good place to get a quick bite.
This is a great authentic Japanese Ramen noodle house. It is conveniently located on Denman Street. The service and food is great. The food arrives quickly and is always fresh. I definitely recommend this place.
This is my favourite Ramen house in Vancouver. Consistently amazing flavours. I highly recommend the Charcoal Bamboo Dark Ramen.
Atmosphere is cozy and chill, with friendly staff.
Excellent Raman. Have been here a few times before. Decently priced. Cash or debit only, however.
Rude service, soup was overly salty, not much flavour. Would not recommend this location unless you really need to eat. Came to this location with a hungry friend, I ordered appetizers for myself because I just ate half a hour ago. Waitress told me I have to make a minimum order per person for $10.55, this was not written anywhere at all. Not very pleasant.
I have been living in this area for three years and eat out every day. This is my favorite Ramen place. Great authentic food and they have a chicken version. Top notch!!!
I recommend the dark miso but the spicy chicken is good as well. Food served quickly in a comfortable setting. Make sure you have cash or Canadian debit before ordering.
