  Nice jewelry to look at as you walk by, but they should put the cheaper jewelry near the outside so that people who casually glance in the display cases might actually consider shopping here instead of at the bay, which has nice and reasonably priced jewelry.

  Don't pay normal price, they always have massive sales on, sometimes more than 50% off.

  I absolutely love this store, I was sad to see the one in Coquitlam center go, but happy I found this one, the employees are fantastic. Any piece of jewelry I have bought in the last couple years has been from Micheal Hills, Just because they are not pushy, and they always help you find exactly what you want. I always use the same woman, If shes not there Im always made to feel comfortable with my purchase and experience. Love, Love, Love this store :)

  Very dishonest sells people! They tricked us! They said one price and after it was $100 more for the insurance which they said it was included in the price. After we came back to complain they said that they gave us discount, which paid for the price of the insurance but it's not true. She said the total price but she didn't tell me about insurance which she said it's free. Now she says that she said the insurance is free because the discount paid for it. And they didn't asked us if we want to get insurance or not. Very bad!
