I recently bought my brand new Outlander from Metrotown Mitsubishi. I enjoyed the purchase with them and for sure, I will recommend it to people around me. Jason was my salesperson and with his helps, I saved lots of my time to do research on my own. Ben, the financing manager, was also very good and very efficient !!

Went during Loyalty days and was impressed with the entire dealership. James was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent service during the buying process. A minor glitch regarding selling price was handled fairly by Ben and David. Mike and the service department have always been excellent. Very professional dealership!

Great service!
The only complaint I have, which is minor, is they had said they vacuumed my car but they had only done the front driver seat. I wish they would've taken the time and done the passenger and the back seat. Aside from that they did a great job and are a great dealer to deal with.

I would recommend Metrotown Mitsubishi to anyone. My salesman James was awesome. He made it his goal that I was happy with my entire experience. Ben in finance was also very helpful. I have had my car 2 weeks now and want to let everyone know that not only do I love my new car I loved dealing with a great team.

I've had my Mirage for about a year now. I just love it. I thought I would just use it as a commuter car, but have been 3 long trips with it. I'm sure glad to have the 2 front power windows, since I didn't op for the AC package. I have a bike trailer hitch on it and have been camping with the Mirage.

I've gotten up to 55 miles to the gallon. It's a good little car. James Oh is my sales guy. I really like his low key patient style. He even keeps in touch with me every few months to mention the deals going on at the shop. IE. service. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I bought my Outlander from Metrotown Mitsubishi 6 years ago. The buying experience was much less painful than I expected from a car dealership and every time I've brought it in for service the experience has been outstanding. The staff is always prompt and courteous and after the service is done they take the time to explain what was done and bring to my attention anything that may require servicing later.

I was very impressed with their quality service and non-pushy attitude. It didn't feel like we were talking to a salesperson, just someone who likes Mitsubishi cars (as do we). We were able to test drivemultiple models with almost no wait or complication and took the cars out for long enough to get a good feeling for them, unlike other places we had visited where we could only take the cars "around the block." We were in and out with a car the same day and got the exact trim and colour we wanted! So far, great car and excellent service!

Metrotown Mitsubishi accommodated my last minute schedule change and allowed me to have the services I needed done on my car faster than expected. They didn't have to take care of my change in schedule or accommodate for it but they went above and beyond in doing so. In addition, they explained every item that was of concern to me and had me make the last final decision with no pressure on the parts I had needed to replace during a previous appointment. I don't live near Metrotown Mitsubishi but will continue returning for service.

Had a nice buying experience during my visit to this place. I was looking for a vehicle and Jason their Product Specialist was very helpful in explaining to me the different options that were available. Ben, their Business Manager was equally helpful and explained to me the items that goes into the contract and what I should do down the road. Both guys were very knowledgeable in their work and sincere to customers. When I finally got the vehicle of my choice, Jason took time to explain the different functions in the control panels. I did not feel that I was being rushed off. Thanks guys.

It was a great experience visiting this dealership. The sales guy (James) was knowledgeable about the car I'm considering to purchase (Outlander GT). Also, the guy brought up a few good points related to the options and car itself based on our conversation during the test drive, which fully reflected my needs as a customer and tells me that the salesman was actually listening me and my wife. Another good thing about Mitsubishi dealerships in general, that sales agents there are not on commission and therefore have no interest to sell you the most expensive product they can. Moreover, some of them will talk to their boss and ask about additional discount to represent your best interests as a customer.
