Great product selection. Very knowledgeable staff. Cheapest supplements in town. They offer price matching as well.

What impressed me the most was not the staff's knowledge of their products and how they work, whichwas impeessive in it's own. That they took the time to explain things, and then encouraged me to do my own research rather than trying sell me the product of the day or an exclusive bonus size.

I've ordered my supplements from Gorilla Jack ever since I moved here from ontario, and I'm not a review type of guy but the local guys deserve a shoutout for their hard work. on my most recent order in which i had shipped to my work, the wrong supplements came, and one of the Sales Reps drove down to my work before my shift ended and hand delivered my correct package. Many companies would re send it, or pass you around department to department until you don't care about your shipment anymore, but it's actions like this that keep local businesses running. I wish nothing but the best for the guys at Gorilla Jack, and will continue to purchase all of my supplements from here. Would strongly recommend.

Best prices in the city & they'll beat everything by 10% if the price is cheaper elsewhere also a great customer experience staff knows what they're talking about & will tell you what you actually need depending on your goals unlike most other places that just want to make a commission. Also they have awesome sales a few times a year.

These guys have gone downhill fast. I placed an order with them last year and received my product very quickly. I placed another order with them on January 3rd of this year, I received no confirmation email, just something stating that they were having issues shipping to the United States and would let me know when my product shipped. After two weeks I contacted them to see what was going on. It's been three days and they won't respond to me. I called in and was on hold for twenty minutes before I hung up. I think they used to be legit but no longer are. Save your money. Buy from someone who is still reputable.
