If you are in Pickering this gym is a must. Family run , great kids and adults programs. Been there a couple of times and i always enjoyed making the trip out to their open mats.

Excellent place to learn and train. From day one, Professor Igor and coaches have made Keerat feel like family. He can is tough and fun. When I say tough, he holds his students to accountable in class but ensures they have fun. No kid gets left behind in skill. Keerat had been there for just over a year and has blossomed in self confidence and skill. The coaches (both adult and older belt kids) do a tremendous job in ensuring every kid gets it.

Just like anything you'd purchase and invest a lot of time and money in, you would of course, like to see it personally and first hand for yourself and not rely solely on reviews. I was sold after watching one class, most importantly after my daughters enthusiastically said "We love it dad, can we come back". And we have been, for the past two and a half years, from Brooklin, between my wife and I, and four out of our five girls. You will feel welcomed no doubt and so will your kids. I am an overweight 47 yr old & started BJJ at a less reputable club.I then changed over to Mamutes & was blown away by what a real BJJ club is like. The people were nice folks & helped me attain my goals rather than beating me up & discouraging me. Professor Igor is an unbelievable teacher who shows you the small nuances that other teachers cant because he has been on the mats for real. He also genuinely cares for his members. I still have a long way to go but I look forward to getting there at this club

My daughter has only neen for a few weeks. She loves it! Professor Igor is great with the kids! She does a few different extra curricular activities but this is her favourite! Thanks team #Mamute!

Professor Igor is a great teacher. And raising some of the top talent in Ontario. If you live in the area and you're looking to train for yourself or eventually compete this is the club to join!

My son and I joined the Mamute family just over 2 years ago and we've never looked back. Professor Igor and his team of coaches are beyond amazing with all the students regardless of age or experience level. There is something for everyone at Mamute MAA

My son has been training here for almost 2 years now and I have been training for a little over a year as well, and we absolutely love the Professor teammates and coaches. High level instruction and intensity with a friendly family atmosphere.
