  Great store with great service. The young man who helped me I believe Trevor was his name, knew his stuff and got me a great deal on a bike and accessories. I was allowed a test drive and fell in love with the bike. It's the best bike I have ever bought. I will be back for a service when the time comes.

  i recently went into PR for the second time and was BLOWN AWAY!!!.By the lack of knowledge and lack of skills to fix a simple axle and to top it off he didnt even show the slightest interest in taking on the job he picked up the tire spun it and said it was repairable and he could not order me another. So I took it to hub city cycle downtown which I feel to be appropriate and fair to mention is in just as and I mean exactly as horrible parking as PR, but anyway i took it to HCC and he took the axle apart right in front of me and told me he could have it done in a few days due to work orders ahead of mine. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT Pacific Rim EVER and tell EVERYONE I KNOW how horrible PR is

  My experience has always been excellent - consistently willing to go the extra mile for me. They spent months trying to resolve a warranty problem for me with Norco, even though they no longer carry that brand, when the other shop in town was unwilling to help. That's service. Kevin is awesome
