Room is very nice and clean, newly renovated. Nice view. Great restaurant down stairs. Employee's are very friendly.

The food was 3 star and the view was 5 star. The server ruined it for us today. Get ready to slllllow down and wait for your food. Gorgeous pub, spectacular views and good food. Day 2, this server was awesome! Night time gets the A team! Great spot!

Great views, comfortable rooms, good food. Overlooks Pender Harbour. Dining on patio is fun with great views of harbor. Food selection is good and tasty. Price for rooms is very reasonable. Breakfast is not available in the hotel,but choices are nearby.

Nice enough room (they need more attention to dusting though) in recently renovated hotel. Boutique hotel feeling. Front desk friendly and accommodating. Grasshopper Pub had good food too. Waitress may have been either lacking in service or busy with more than one section.

Brand new building means new and clean. Sort of. Our bed covering had some stains. The room was pretty plain with just a window. The view was gorgeous but there was no deck. No AC meant it got pretty warm at night. Now the Grasshopper Pub. It was fantastic. Food was fantastic. Servers were extremely proficient and friendly. And then there is the view. One could sit on the deck for hours just for the view of the harbor.

The pub (Grasshopper pub) is fantastic. The food quality is way beyond what you expect from a neighborhood pub! Staff are attentive. The view is fantastic. The place is kid-friendly too!

The rooms were nice and looked newly renovated. The sheets were a bit thick for July, but there was a fan so it wasn't too bad. It was a bit noisy at night due to it being right next to the highway and the coming and going of pub guests. The food was very tasty, and the views were nice.

Great food, great drinks, great staff. Their frensh fries are just perfect, prawn salad is delicious, and the views gorgeous. Best place to eat and drink in the neighborhood.

Literally every meal was horrible. Steaks were poor quality and barely cooked. Hard chunks in the mushroom soup. Undercooked chicken. Worst Caesar salad I've ever tasted. But hey the water was great!! Waiter was very understanding and helpfull but something needs to change in the kitchen.

Very nice location, clean place, new due to the old place burning to the ground. Great food, very nice friendly staff. Could improve on beer selection, get some good local BC micro selection would be our suggestion try the butter chicken! So forget the bud and Milwaukee beer and this place will get a 5 from us We will be back. FYI attached to the local beer & wine store
