Been here before sushi is good. Service is awful. We watched for 15 mins as everyone around us was being served. We left and will never return.

Great sushi, decent atmosphere but the worst service you will ever experience! It is unbelievable that it is still like this! Customer service is key to retaining customers. Too bad no new owners dont care and continue horrible service

Sat down at 350. Ordered at 425 after having to flag down a staff member, and seeing tables who came in after us order and get served. Got food 15 minutes of ordering. Food was bland. California Roll was a disappointment. After we finished eating, we waited twenty minutes for a server to check on us. One finally stopped, only to grab our dishes and started walking away without a word, so we had to call her back to ask for the bill. Ten minutes after getting the bill, no one had brought a machine to pay, so we had to find some one again.

I don't plan on going back.

Terrible service. Waited at the front for quite a while before finally just seating ourselves. The server came by after another wait and took our order, but didn't offer any drinks until we waved her down later and asked for water. The food was okayLike warm miso soup wasn't very good. The rest of the food was tasty, but the service was so bad we aren't likely to return.

I love this place it is definitely the best in Ladner!!! The atmosphere is very authentic and the service is amazing!!! The food is outta this world enjoying it more and more everymoment I come in 😀 A+ for a community outside of Richmond, BC.
