What a wonderful place! Right on the beach with amazing views, suites are super clean, friendly staff, very chilled out and therapeutic vibe, totally great stay overall.. Five stars all the way!

It was our first visit and already making reservations for next year. Upper one bedroom suite had everything we needed including the incredible view. If there was only one thing to ask for, it would be a memory mattress topper for the hide-away bed. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Stacey in Madrona's office..

Tracy and the staff at the Madrona Beach Resort went above and beyond to help set up a nice surprise for my aunt who was a guest there for her 60th birthday!I would definitely recommend this place and hope to book a vacation there soon. Thank you for your assistance Tracy !

The most important feature in a hotel room for me is the bed. And I wish the bed & linens were as high quality as the rest of the hotel.
Both nights I stayed I ended up sleeping on the floor. The bed is squishy with no support and the pillows are little more then disguised tissue paper.

The place is clean, staff are friendly, and the location is so, so beautiful.

Nice grounds with two small playgrounds for the kids.

I can't speak for all units but ours, number 29, was a bit cramped for our group of 8. There are beds in all the shared spaces so there is nowhere for people to hang out when others go to sleep. Same problem for the mornings when your children wake up at 6 and everyone else is sleeping in

One other small complaint is that there are no fans in the bathrooms.

I would definitely come here again but with less people.

After numerous stays in Vancouver, I found that the Pinnacle meets all my needs: close to the float planes, close to my Vancouver office, central and provides good rates. The staff are exceedingly friendly and bend-over backwards to accommodate you. I highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely, spacious rooms, many of which are beside the beach. Also a court where kids can play basketball, tennis or hockey. Overall a great place.

Great access to the beach, private, well run and caring staff. Has kids playground, water stations to wash off sand, and roomy suites. Room for improvement is to install AC in the units. We suffered last summer visit when temps were 30+. Nevertheless, we'll keep going back!
