Friendly owners if a little unusual. There is constant noise from the highway so it sounds like your bed is on the highway. My room except my bed was made everyday and one day my door was left unlocked after staff went through so I left the DO NOT DISTURB hanger on the door because my laptop was in the room and didn't want my room left unlocked The next day staff came in my room anyways and the bed was made but nothing else. Also, nobody is ever at the front desk. When I got there first night I called 3 times before someone came to check me in to my reserved room..

they have upgraded the rooms so there are nice new beds in the rooms super comfy!! All new led tv's and new furniture in rooms it is really a great deal for the cost of room 70-140 a night is very reasonable!! I have stayed at 49th star hotels that the holiday house beats!!way more comfortable beds better breakfast across the way at beantime cafe . We were very impressed with the new owners and the many upgrades! ! GOOD JOB HOLIDAY HOUSE

.I don't stay in motels only resorts and nice hotels.I really thought, because this is an older hotel that it would be awful.I was pleasantly surprised.The room had nice flooring and nothing was broken up.It was so clean and the linen was so fresh.A nice view of mountains and boats on water.Highway traffic noisy but didn't bother us.The people working there are so friendly and welcoming.Also very accommodating.The price was very good.Would definitly recommend if u r looking for a cheap place to stay.

The owners were very nice and welcoming. The room was clean. Our little dog live going to the nearby beach for a walk.

Though this was not a brand new hotel, it was very clean and well-kept for a modestly price accommodation. Gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating period that's weird comfortable, lots of hot water and safe parking.

$89.27/night Canadian, large sliding doors facing busy road insure it is noisy in room until late at night. WiFi was fast enough to watch Netflix.

A little outdated, WiFi is not consistent. Close to the highway so you have highway noise.

Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The gentleman at the desk was really helpful and genuinely friendly. The room was super-clean. Although it is close to the road, our room had a lovely patio space behind gorgeous flower beds. The price was very reasonable, and included a great breakfast voucher at the near by Black Bean cafe - also great, with wonderful homemade bread! We showed up with no reservation and were well accommodated with great hospitality. Would highly recommend it.
