Good place to stop in on the way to your next outdoor adventure destination. Not as large as the one downtown Toronto however the Barrie location covers all your needs

The staff are great. I had a slight issue with the product that was sent to me through a web order. Brian these guys they got the powder squared away in a few minutes while I wander around the store and look at stuff. Really well done. And the staff are super super friendly

terrible service at this place, been there twice wont go back. beware of rental policy. if you are late returning even by one hour charged twice the rental fee. small print they don't tell you. staff are very condescending. staff are not sure on all store policy very wishy washy. everything is heresay. wont listen to customer side of story. oh well lots of other places to find good service. a small fee to deter people from returning items late I totally understand. twice the rental fee, can you say ripoff.

Dedicated, professional experience at the MEC Barrie bike shop. I had an elusive creaking on my bike that the technician was able to resolve after careful inspection and maintenance. I highly recommend MEC bike shop where I have had consistently great help with sales and service.
