Great Dimsum in traditional carts! Have to be early to get seats. Funny that while waiting at the parking lot we thought we would be the first there, the moment they flipped the now open sign about 12 cars had people exiting their vehicles and rushing into the restaurant hahaCharge!!!!! Warning though, do not get carried away with ordering everything, you might be tempted, things can get pricey. Well you get what you pay for! Yum yum

We have gone here for the last 10 years and the staff are always welcoming and the food is reliably delicious. Great traditional dim sum makes this a busy place on the weekends.

The place used to be good, I mean very very good even from a Chinese foodie's standard. Perhaps there are new policies or something happened, the food are not as good as before. mediocre is so far the best description.

It was our first time trying this Dim Sum Restaurant in Langley on a Saturday during a Long Weekend. We heard that if you don't get here early that you would have to wait for a good long time. Sure enough we got there 20 minutes early and there was already a line up before the doors opened at 10:30am. Luckily, we were the first ones to get in. As we sat down, we were completely blown away with their fast efficient service and great tasting food because the food comes by cart to your table and is in little hot bamboo steamers!!! Good size portions, food was hot and very tasty! We didn't have wait to long for the next carts to come along. The staff was very good about picking up empty bamboo steamers from our table and were accommodating to other things such as Soy Sauce and Chilli Sauce. However, with all the good that has been said, upon choosing items that you wish to eat, you don't really know what is small and what is large when they mark up a sheet of paper on your table because the price is not listed. After ordering 7 items, our cost came to about $40 which we thought was on the pricey side. There was an additional $2 for tea for 2 people in a party, which we did not order and specifically mentioned that we didn't want tea but (hot water) from the beginning but it was added to our bill. We asked about this and was told that this is a charge for not just for tea but for the sauces and any other particulars we had wanted and is added to your bill as a cover charge. We were disappointed about this but was understandable about sauces (which we only asked for two and wasn't very much) and even if we didn't order the sauces, it would've been a charge for hot water for two people. So if you try this restaurant, BE AWARE of the cost.

Fast Service & Good Food - we went here for the first time today and made sure to arrive about 20 minutes before opening - glad we did as the lineup really started in earnest at about 10:15 AM. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the first cart literally rolled up about 15 seconds after we were seated, fastest Dim Sum service ever! Start to finish we were there 30 minutes, and were not rushed. Food was hot and tasty, portions were of a good size. Prices are average, maybe a little on the upper side of average but it was good quality. My only disappointment was a $1.00 per person charge for 'tea', which we didn't have, but it was explained this was a 'cover charge' for sauces, tea, and so on. I think this is unnecessary given we spent $40 on food.

Fantastic Dim Sum. Very busy though, because the food is delicious. Get in early or come late (11, or 2) for a nice lunch. Anything in between and you'll be waiting.

This is our favorite place for dim sum in Langley. The food is authentic, and the staff there are always excellent. We've hosted many special occasion dinners there in the past, requested Chinese dishes that are not on the menu, and they've always accommodated.

Great fusion restaurant. The food is delicious with lots of flavour. Once ordered the food comes pretty quick. Staff are friendly. The owner is super nice. I love the Indian style Chinese food. Such a large selection, there's something for everyone. I love this place.

Arguably the best place for Dim Sum in Langley. The staff are friendly, and speak English, Mandarin, and typically Cantonese. The Dim Sum hours can bit a bit raucous, and when busy, it can hard to get the attention of a server. Thankfully, they're usually very well staffed, and you can always flag someone down, even if it's not your original server, and they're happy to help.
The food is delicious, and service is quick. The tea is worth mentioning, as this is Dim Sum. The selection is large, but you should know what you're looking for. In all, it's a great place for a Traditional meal for both large groups and smaller gatherings.

Ive always gone there just for the wonton soup, which is excellent. But tonight we grabbed some rice & s&s pork. The portion sizes compared to pricing was very disappointing. As in quite expensive for what you get. The egg roll was only slightly bigger than a spring roll, & the sweet & sour pork was tasteless. Needless to say, we'll be sticking to the soup from now on & going elsewhere for our chinese food.

We came in as Party of 4, 4 other groups were ahead of us and we ONLY waited for 15 minutes to be seated, following our table we were received by two full carts of delicious Dim Sum also we ordered several side dishes and we were impressed by how quickly and efficient the kitchen and staff were.

Food service came fast and very little to nothing waiting for any of food. You must try the Spicy Garlic Green Beans and as well the Chicken & Beef Fried Rice.

WOW, Great to finish the day.

First visit for dim sum based on a recommendation. Was pleasantly surprised at quality and choices. Been looking for a decent dimsum place close to South Surrey area (although had to travel to Langley)
