Ordered 2 wonton soups to go picked up drove home 5 minutes away took out of bag and served in bowls this was at best look warm with little flavour not to mention $7.50/small portions had to reheat in microwave won’t be going back anytime soon much preferred Wah Wing

Very underwhelming. We got take out tonight and were sorely disappointed. First of all, how about adding some seasoning?? Either this experience was a one off, or all these 4 and 5 star reviews are written by people without taste buds. I don't know, maybe their "C team" was in the kitchen tonight. Everything except the ginger beef seemed to be doused in some sort of flavourless slime. The ginger beef was good, but a bit pricey for a dish that literally looks like cat poo in a bowl. The wonton soup had about as much flavour as what I imagine used bath water has. Maybe that's on purpose so you can add to it, I'm not sure, but for $7.50 for barely 400 mL I expected it to be much better. The spring rolls were overpriced and really not that good, and the cook really skimped on the meat in all the dishes.
The vegetables were actually properly cooked though. Hooray!
For one of "the best Chinese food restaurants in Coquitlam," we most certainly will not be going back. We're not even foodie type people, but if we eat at a restaurant, it should be better than what we could make ourselves.
I have to say, it was definitely not as terrible as Hon's though. So there is that.response / report this review -

Best Chinese food in the tri cities! Great quality with good quantities for your money. Recently renovated inside and looks much nicer updated now.

Haven't had food from here in a long time (like 10 years or more?). We were craving Chinese food and Woking Dragon was the only place still open for pick up. Food was really fresh tasting for the time of night and the serving size of the combo portions were just right. The wonton soup for $7.50 seemed a little steep for the portion size we got. I don't think we will order that again for take out. We'll be trying Woking Dragon again soon.

I've never been that big on Chinese food until I tried Woking Dragon! The food is incredible! Amazing flavours, super tasty and quality fresh food! Always great! Can't say enough. The staff is very professional and friendly too! I highly recommend it! Waiting for 4 o'clock so we can order in 😊

My favorite Chinese food restaurant in Coquitlam. Friendly staff when dinning in. Delicious food at reasonable prices. They offer dine-in, takeout and delivery, delivery can take sometime though during peak hours but worth the wait.

Very rude staff and management although the delivery guy was nice. They got the order wrong and had to redo it for delivery. Actually had to fight with the manager to get the right order then they got it wrong again. I do not recommend this place, there are much better Chinese food places to order from. Will not order from here ever again, very upset. Overpriced for the portions as well. The manager needs to change his attitude I tried to be very patient and nice.

Been a customer since winter 2014, consistently good food, accurate delivery times, also a nice place to dine in. Good service all around at good prices! Good job Woking Dragon!

We have been long time customers of The Woking Dragon and I must say their food is delicious and I cannot find any other place like it! The fiery spicy salty prawns are the bomb, Favourite dish by far! Keep serving! ❤️ Happy customers 😊

Personally given the napkin, pretty amazing first impression. The drink you ask? Ginger of ale of the finest taste. Gazed upon the TV and was delighted to see my curling. The waiter came back and handed me chopsticks AND a fork which I am truly grateful for countering my white crutch.i took a rather large break to munch on some emphatic Chinese bistro. The waiter then gave me the fattest refill on my soft drink, a single tear left my eyelid. I am thoroughly content and pleasured by the ambiance and employees, especially the cuisine. My stomach is feeling 100 right now.

This is my favourite Chinese food restaurant in Coquitlam/New West/Burnaby. Delivery can take up to an hour, but it's well worth it, everything still arrives tasting fresh and crisp. I've never ordered from this restaurant and been disappointed.

We have ordered from Woking about a fifteen times a year for the past 5+ years. We usually love the food and the service, and have recommended them to friends.
Tonight was much different. I was told 45 minutes wait for the pickup order. I arrived after 40 minutes and was told it would be 15-20 minutes longer (no big deal). After multiple promises that it would be another 5-10 minutes, I finally walked out - without my food - 1.5 hours after ordering.
I'm not complaining about the long wait time (it is Christmas time after all), I'm complaining about being told it will be 45, then being stalled over and over with no food arriving.
