Well what can I saythe ladies in the front desk are awesome!! They always help me to understand all the procedure. Doctor Payam is such a nice person, he always makes me laugh and I feel so comfortable with him because he is so patient. Thanks to all the staff, specially to Doctor Payam and Brenda!!!!

Dr Sara and her team are awesome. They made me feel welcome the moment I walked up to the desk. I busted a tooth and although I was only in minimal pain its sharp edges were slicing into the side of my tongue. They took me in right away, fixed me up. I was so impressed. They had all the new tech which I thought was awesome too. They took xrays and pictures and brought them on screen quickly. They explained things clearly, until then I have never felt comfortable in a dental office. This is definitely the GOTO place for dental work if you are in the area! Thanks so much!! :)

I have been a patient of Lougheed Mall Dental Group for a couple years. My experience with Dr.Raziee and staff has always been amazing they make a dental visit as enjoyable as a dental visit can be. Front desk is awesome and very helpful. My daughter loves going to the office for dental visits as well.

I have been going to this clinic for 5 years now. Very good experience. They always put me at ease. Dr Raziee is great, very gentle and caring. Front desk ladies are friendy and always accomodating. I actually look forward to my dental visits.

As a new patient to this office, and even thinking about laying down in the dental chair makes me very nervous. I seen Dr Raziee and she made me feel very comfortable that I even let her do a filling for me the same day. The staff is friendly and helpful helping me to understand my insurance. Thanks for a good dental experience!!!

Dental Hygienist was not very good. She poked my gums a lot instead of my teeth, and it was quite painful. She was also oblivious as she mashed my sunglasses into my face with her hands while cleaning.

The billing was substandard as well. Was told on July 30, 2017 an exam from May 2017 was not fully covered, and it would be $85 for that. I was told at the time, it would be covered by my plan. Then, the cleaning I just had, was not fully covered either, even though I called 2 days prior, and they said it was $0.00. The lady's response (Asian lady with short hair and blue highlights) was that they had some new girls working, and that they likely messed up. Misinformed me. She must have sensed my displeasure, because she suddenly said I had a "$25 credit on file", so I would just owe $76. Store credit, like at Best Buy? I paid the $76, and will never go back to Lougheed Dental, or their sister office, Metroplex Dental.

I also get the same feeling as the previous reviewer, that they are only trying to maximize the health plans, to milk as much money out of it as possible, rather than what is required.

Both me and my son used to come to this clinic. The dentist we had was friendly and kind. The cleaning service for my son was good, he's only 5 so no major dental services was needed. However with me it was completely different. After a ton of x rays the dentist determined I need multiple dental services. I trusted the dentist's judgement and went ahead with the services. After the first service I was in pain for 2 weeks. I had to go back twice to adjust and still was in pain. In total I was on pain killer DAILY for a whole month just after the first small dental service. My jaw was numb and I was having headaches. The dentist tried to fix it but it did not make any difference. Finally after 1.5 month of constant pain I transferred all my files to my previous dentist. She looked at all my x rays and said I actually don't need half of the dental services that was prescribed by the Lougheed Laser Dental Group dentist. I am quite upset that in order to get the most out of my dental benefits (insurance) I was asked to undergo unnecessary dental services. That is very unethical. Also some of the receptionist team are nice but the office manager hardly smile. Perhaps she was just having a bad day, hopefully not as bad as being in dental pain for 1.5 month.

I have been going to this dentist (Dr. Bonev) for the past 7 years. We drive from Pitt Meadows to go there because we have always had excellent service and everyone shows that they care from reception to hygienist to dentist. When I call for an emergency appointment they have always gotten me in right away.

I wish I could get ZERO star! Stay away from this office. Brenda the new officer manager is very rude and unprofessional.The worst place ever! The office manger is an idiot and all they want to do is crowns, plates and max out your dental plan. Don't go there. My family and I have been patient of this office for 8 years. We said not any more. We take our business somewherelse where you are treated with dignity and respect. The rating for this office is going downhill from the time new office manager took over. Dentists are Ok. The management sucks! Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

LACK OF RESPECT!!! BEWARE!! I booked an appointment for my son ,as a new patient, and specifically asked to take no x-Ray, and to see a specific dentist. When my son got there, they did everthing I did NOT ask for. ( A panorama X-ray with a total new, unknown dentist!!!) Just, because he's young and new, they can do anything without even informing him that they had made all the changes. This lack of respect for your patients is absolutely unacceptable. The fact is he's been seeing the same orthodontist for the past 10 years and had not had any problem with his teeth, his dentist is retiring, & now this new dentist has a whole bunch of referral for him to see dental specialist, it really makes me wonder. Patients BEWARE!!!

OK doctor, service is so bad it is insane. I missed an appointment (totally my fault) told me I had to pay $150 cancellation fee (amount was not communicated prior but fine). I wanted to reschedule because my insurance hasn't kicked in yet. Nope not allowed. Went to another clinic. All is good, got the business of all my family (4 people) with full dental insurance now. Take your $150, I'll take my 9k plus business elsewhere. I understand the cancellation fee is a must, however she also mentioned she overcharged me for my first visit because they'll get it done the following visit anyway (i.e everything billed was not done (my current dentist can attest to that). So it's ok to overcharge me for stuff they didn't do. Kinda double standard. Just avoid them. Not worth your time. Also seems like the rating have been getting worse lately.
